On behalf of our prominent Clients based out in Qatar, we are seeking two exceptionally-crafted & talented Butlers, with notable experience in Haute Couture dresses, that are highly capable of dealing with refined “garde robes” and precious garments, with the utmost care, together with looking after a VVIP Principal that travels extensively. The two selected Butlers will evidently have the potential of handling all the other facets of the life of the Principal, liaising with any of the stakeholder’s personnel of this prestigious household.
The Butlers will report to the Principal and to any representatives handpicked by the Principal and must be able to work either independently or collaboratively attending to their duties working hand in hand with any employees within this fully-staffed household, and this, across multiple homes. Accompanying the Principal will be involved.
In these pivotal multi-faceted roles, the Butlers will manage and orchestrate the smooth running of the household. Equally importantly, it will be highly appreciated for the Butlers to display utter efficiently whilst conducting their roles in the most discreet demeanour.
These two immaculately-presented and superbly-groomed candidates must ideally have derived their top-of-the-crust experience from supreme élite high-octane homes and from state-of-the-art “Maisons de Haute Couture” or “Maisons de Haute Joallerie”, boasting of an international bespoke clientele, where they officiated as back-of-house staff members to their Principals & affiliated prestigious guests and as front-of-house personnel in luxury retail.
It shall be expected that your second-to-none thorough knowledge of formal table setting, expertise in silverware & glassware, your mastering of étiquette and decorum, as well as your overall butlering service, will set you apart from your peers in the profession, notably when it comes to attending to the family’s needs or to organising large-scale events.
In such roles, your little black books will come supremely handy.

Requirements
- Experience with UHNW and VVIP Principals.
- Writing & implementing SOP Manuals (Standard Operational Procedures).
- Catering to all the Principal’s needs, the family’s, the children’s & any guests.
- Maximising guest experience.
- Strategic planning.
- Being used to working in fast-paced environments.
- Conducting tasks in the most-timely manner.
- Outstanding greeting skills.
- Strictly adhering to etiquette and security protocols.
- Etiquette expertise and flair.
- Holding open lines of communication with colleagues and other household staff.

- In charge of the household’s inventories manually & digitally.
- Dealing with bills.
- Submitting and rolling out new ideas maximising the household.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in this role.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution renown worldwide.
