What You'll Do

Ensuring an impeccable and personalized guest experience | Anticipating and proactively addressing guests' needs | Serve as the link between our guests and the myriad offerings at De L'Europe | Coordinating special requests and ensuring flawless execution | Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience | Maintaining an accurate logbook of guest interactions and requests | Work together in a nice, small and professional Butler team | Lifestyle Liaison: Recommending and arranging exclusive experiences and services for guests | Reporting to Head Butler: Roberto Brennickmeijer.

Who You Are

An experienced professional in guest service, preferably in the hotel butler service (with equal candidates, the preference goas to a female candidate) | Excellent planning and communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude | Proficient in multitasking, even in busy situations | Knowledge of guest service systems and hotel software is a plus | Thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail | Immaculate grooming standards and very discreet and able to deal with highly confidential information | Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to Have

Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences | Familiarity with different cultures and languages.
