ACTIVITIES

Meal Service

· Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages to the family and guests in a timely and professional manner.

· Assist with setting the table, arranging place settings, and ensuring all food and drinks are served at the correct temperature.

· Ensure the dining table is presented beautifully, with a focus on cleanliness, orderliness, and aesthetics.

· Attend to guests’ needs during meals, including refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and offering additional items as necessary.

Food & Beverage Preparation Assistance

· Assist the chef or cook with the preparation of meals, ensuring the correct items are presented and served.

· Ensure the proper handling, storage, and presentation of all food and beverages.

· Help with menu planning, making sure to take into account any dietary restrictions, preferences, or allergies.

Service Standards

· Maintain a high standard of service at all times, reflecting the household's values and lifestyle.

· Ensure the privacy and discretion of all household   members and guests.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service during events or daily meals.
Event Support

· Assist in organizing and serving at private events or gatherings held at the residence.

· Help set up and break down events, ensuring the dining experience meets the family’s standards for formal occasions, parties, or casual gatherings.

· Coordinate with other household staff to ensure smooth service during events.

Inventory and Stock Management

· Keep track of inventory levels for food, beverages, and other related supplies.

· Assist with stocking, ordering, and receiving deliveries, ensuring that all items are fresh and stored properly.

Guest and Family Interaction

· Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, attending to any specific requests with discretion.

· Anticipate the needs of the family members and guests, ensuring a comfortable dining experience.

· Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, particularly in the presence of guests and visitors.
