We are looking for an experienced and meticulously organised Personal Assistant (Private Client) to join our team.  

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a private client, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of their household and personal affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from day-to-day household management and staff coordination to planning social events and providing impeccable service to the client and their guests. This role is crucial for maintaining a harmonious and high-standard environment, requiring a proactive approach and the ability to handle diverse tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the client, managing all aspects of their personal and professional life to ensure all needs are met with exceptional standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted liaison for all daily operations.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including the meticulous packing and unpacking of personal belongings.
  • Oversee and manage the client's wardrobe and personal styling.
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and stock, including high-value items such as art, wine, clothing, and personal care products. Proactively anticipate the needs of the client and guests to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and liaise with household staff across multiple properties.
  • Manage and maintain the operational readiness of all electronics and technology.
  • Oversee the setup of residences and temporary accommodations, ensuring they align with the client’s specific preferences and requirements.
  • Collaborate with and direct a wider team—including drivers, chefs, wellness staff, and housekeepers—to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Requirements include: 

  • Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management and delegation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
  • A strong understanding of modern technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and ensure the functionality of various electronics, software and digital tools. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Prior experience supporting a client who travels extensively is a distinct advantage.
  • A service-oriented mindset is essential to ensure the seamless operation of the client's life.
  • Proficiency in planning and maintaining complex inventories across multiple locations.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with impeccable communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively is a key part of this role.
  • A valid driving licence is desirable.
